BPA is now linked to premature death.

Bisphenol A (BPA), which is used to make some plastics and epoxy resins, has been within the headlines for years due to its association with an increased risk of obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and heart problems in humans. . Scientists analyzed the survival rates of nearly 3,900 individuals who provided health information and urine samples and were then followed for 10 years. People with the best levels of BPA of their urine had a 51 percent higher risk of dying during that period, primarily from heart disease, than those with the bottom levels of BPA. There was a low level. The findings don't prove that BPA causes premature death, but they do raise concerns about BPA's potential toxicity. BPA and related chemicals are present in many products, resembling water bottles, cups, dental sealants, paper receipts, and food cans and pipes, so that they are difficult to avoid. Simple precautions include less reliance on canned foods and more on fresh foods.
