There is little doubt that regular exercise is important for good health. That fact alone is motivation enough for some. For others, setting meaningful personal goals—whether it's ending a 10K run or getting back into the jeans you like—and specializing in what motivates you possibly can result in a successful exercise program. can aid you start.
Motivation takes many forms, so find the carrot (or stick) that works for you. You will want to prepare to tackle recent activities, equivalent to climbing a towering rock wall, wading through water during a triathlon, or running 26.2 miles in a marathon.
