A foul night's sleep can leave you feeling quite drained the following day. Put a string of them together and annoying fatigue begins.
Getting good sleep, in the precise amount, could make a giant difference in how you are feeling. Too little or an excessive amount of sleep can increase your perception of fatigue. And even should you get enough hours of sleep, you'll end up dragging the following day if that sleep is interrupted by frequent awakenings or is of poor quality.
Although most of us need about eight hours an evening to feel refreshed in the course of the day, what counts as enough sleep is very individual. It's comprehensible that not getting enough sleep could make you are feeling drained, but you could be surprised. More More sleep than you would like may not leave you refreshed and energized. In fact, many individuals find that on days they hit the snooze button more often than usual, they feel more lethargic and unmotivated.
Research shows a link between an excessive amount of sleep and too little energy. It appears that any significant deviation from the sleep routine can disrupt the body's rhythm and increase daytime fatigue. The best solution is to learn how many hours of sleep is true for you after which persist with it – even on weekends, holidays and vacations.
