While exercise itself is not the fastest strategy to drop some weight, it offers significant advantages beyond just canceling calories. This barely increases the speed at which you burn calories even once you’re not exercising. And the kilos lost by increasing your activity level are almost entirely fat, not muscle.

Do the mathematics for this easy strategy to drop some weight.
